4th of July Fireworks Display

The City of Caldwell is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced pyrotechnic service providers to produce a safe, memorable, and visually spectacular 4th of July fireworks display. The display will be a centerpiece of the City’s Independence Day celebrations, attracting residents and visitors of all ages.The purpose of this RFP is to identify providers who can deliver a fully licensed and insured fireworks show that meets all federal, state, and local safety regulations, including secure setup, music listing, firing, and cleanup. Proposers should demonstrate experience with large-scale public displays, the ability to coordinate with City staff and emergency services, and the ability to provide creative, high-quality presentations that enhance the community celebration.The city encourages proposals that highlight innovative effects, synchronization with music, and contingency planning to ensure public safety.
