4TH of July Fireworks Display

Description

The City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida (the “City”) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced fireworks display operators for the City's annual 4th of July fireworks display. The successful proposer shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Vendor."&nbsp;The awarded Vendor must be licensed to do business in the State of Florida and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for the City's annual 4th of July event.&nbsp;If an award is made it shall be made to Vendor whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFP. The City shall not use any other factors or criteria in the evaluation of the proposals received.&nbsp;The term of the contract shall be effective on the date the contract is approved by the City of New Smyrna Beach, City Commission (herein after, the “Commission”), signed by all required parties and filed with the City Clerk.
