Is it preferred that the selected vendor is Knox-Keene licensed instead of compliant? Answer: No 2. Is it a requirement that Contra Costa’s agreement in Appendix C have to be the agreement that is fully executed by both parties? Or can a selected vendor’s EAP agreement be used for contracting purposes? Answer: A selected vender’s agreement may be used, but it is subject to review by the District. This can be discussed upon being awarded as the winning bidder. 3. Does the selected EAP have to include services for health and wellness coaching described in Section 41. No. 4? Answer: No 4. Does the selected EAP need to offer services specific to a wellness program? Such as fitness, nutrition, etc. in addition to health coaching? Answer: No 5. Would the dedicated account manager for Contra Costa need to be located in the state of CA? Answer: No 6. Can the six (6) onsite district events per year be added in the bank of training hours?
