The Site is owned by the University which intends to sell or lease it to the Developer/Company. The property is located in the USM Innovation and Commercialization Park and part of Sections 35 and 36, Township 5 North, Range 14 West, Forrest County, Mississippi. Parcel sizes range from +/- 8.47 acres to +/- 18.06 acres, and in combination total +/- 36 acres.
