Description

The City of High Point is issuing this bid for a qualified Contractor to perform exterior painting and recoating of the 5 MG CROM Reservoir located at the Ward Water Treatment Plant. The work generally consists of preparing the existing exterior surfaces and applying a new protective coating system in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Work shall include all necessary surface preparation, cleaning, coating application, and associated labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work required to provide a complete and properly finished coating system. A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM at: Frank L. Ward Water Treatment Plant 1219 W. Ward Avenue High Point, NC 27260 Please enter through the guard gate. The meeting location will be directly ahead, and City staff will be available to welcome attendees and direct them as needed. City staff will be available to discuss the project and answer pertinent questions.
