ADVERTISEMENT/NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TOWN OF SURFSIDE is seeking sealed bids for the following work as specified. Town of Surfside Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 2018-01 Traffic Signal Modifications, Harding Avenue CGA Project No. 15-8083.2 Sealed bids for the Town of Surfside Traffic Signal Modifications for Harding Avenue will be received by the Owner, Town of Surfside. The work consists of traffic signal modifications and improvements located in the Town of Surfside at the intersections of Harding Avenue and 88 Street, Harding Avenue and 93 Street and Harding Avenue and 94 Street. Sealed bids will be received by the Town Clerk until 2:00 pm, March 8, 2018, at the Town of Surfside, Town Hall, located at 9293 Harding Avenue, Surfside, Florida 33154. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bidders are to submit One (1) Original, Five (5) copies and One (1) electronic copy on USB Drive. Bids submitted will be opened publicly and read aloud at this time. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for January 29, 2018, 10:30 am, at the Town of Surfside, Town Hall, located at 9293 Harding Avenue, Surfside, Florida 33154, (305) 861-4863, Ext. 226. Bidders may obtain a complete set of Bidding Documents, Contract Documents and Specification (including drawings) from the Town Clerk, Sandra Novoa, MMC, at 9293 Harding Avenue, Surfside, Florida, 33154 or on the Town’s website at www.townofsurfsidefl.gov. Bidding Documents may be examined at the Town of Surfside, at the above-referenced address.
