Columbus City Schools has around 50-100 floor tile patching jobs annually that have no associated asbestos flooring removal as part of the repair. We're looking for a flat rate for patching between 1 and 100 tiles within a room or section of hallway. We'll need the vendor to inspect nearby tiles to ensure there are no loose ones in the vicinity and replace those as well. CCS will provide the floor tiles and glue to be used. If an area is greater than 100 sqft, then a second flat-rate charge may be billed. This work can take place while student are in session if students can be out of the area. Scheduling is a little complicated, after-hours work may be needed. All questions will be answered here on the Public Purchase website.
