Clovis Unified School District is committed to delivering high-quality education through innovative programs, strong community partnerships, and forward-thinking policies. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from qualified Firms to provide Federal Legislative Advocacy Services that align with the District’s educational and funding priorities. Qualified Firms must have a demonstrated history of successfully advocating for school districts before Congress and federal agencies. The selected Firm(s) will play a fundamental role in securing federal funding, legislative support, and regulatory guidance to enhance the District’s academic environment. Proposals must include the forms which are a part of the Proposal Package contained in the RFP.
