Date: I have been informed that after I have moved into the dwelling unit assigned to me, a thirty (30) day and Ninety (90) day visit and inspection will be made by the manager to evaluate housekeeping, care of appliances and grounds (front and back yards, if applicable). If after the follow-up visits, I have not met the requirements for good housekeeping, taken care of the appliances and grounds, I understand that my lease could be terminated. Having met all the requirements and becoming a resident of the community to which I have been assigned I can expect periodic inspections by an authorized representative of the Montgomery Housing Authority.
