Description

The City of Bangor (referred to as “City”) requests bids to furnish and deliver two (2) vehicles as described in this RFB. The City reserves the rights to choose separate vendors for each vehicle if deemed in the best interest of the City. Vehicle A -- one (1) FULL SIZE; 3/4 TON; 4WD; 4 DOOR CREW CAB WITH 8’ FT BED AND ALUMINUM LIFT GATE. FOB Destination to the City of Bangor Fleet Maintenance Division, 481 Maine Avenue. Vehicle B -- one (1) FULL SIZE; 3/4 TON; 4WD; STANDARD CAB WITH 8’ FT BED AND ALUMINUM LIFT GATE. FOB Destination to the City of Bangor Fleet Maintenance Division, 481 Maine Avenue. The vehicles shall be new, current-year trucks furnished and delivered in accordance with the attached specifications. The City will consider alternate bids for the purchase of unsold previous-year models if they meet or exceed the requested specifications. Any questions must be directed in writing to  no later than 4:30 P.M., Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026.
