2nd & 3rd Street Bike Infrastructure Phase 2

Description

The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of 2nd / 3rd Street Bike Infrastructure, Ph 2 (UPC 118804) to provide general contracting services that include but are not limited to converting existing on-street parking into a two-way cycle track that is protected by a buffer and parked vehicles on 3rd Street from Franklin Street to Byrd Street. Bike improvement along 2nd Street starts at Spring Street to Byrd Street. In addition, the project includes bike improvement on Byrd Street from west of 2nd Street to east of 3rd Street.
