2990 Apalachee Parkway Tenant Suite B Renovations

Description

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified Licensed Certified Building or General Contractor for the renovation and selective demolition of vacant Suite B in preparation for tenant fit-out, including associated civil and utilities work in accordance to 2990 Apalachee Parkway Specifications ( Attachment E) and Drawings (Attachment F) contained within the solicitation.The scope of work includes renovation and repairs to existing remaining walls and finishes, installation of new toilet room walls, doors, fixtures and finishes. Work to also include renovations to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire sprinkler and sub-systems and all miscellaneous items called out on Specifications ( Attachment E) in the bid documents. This project is anticipated to take 120 calendar days to perform.Certain specifications related to the scope of the proposed work in this solicitation are exempt from disclosure pursuant to s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution. Interested contractors will be required to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement and agree to maintain the exempt nature of the applicable records. Encryption keys and/or passwords to secure documents will be provided to requesting contractors after the submission of the Non-Disclosure Agreement and acceptance by the Leon County Purchasing Division. Non-Disclosure Agreements may be submitted to the Leon County Purchasing Division from the time of Release until the conclusion of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting to interested contractors. At the conclusion of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting, only contractors who attended and signed in at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be eligible to receive encryption keys and/or passwords to secure documents.
