NEW JERSEY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR BUILDING AREA MANAGEMENT (BAM) / TENANT TEST FIT (Reference RFP #2026-RERFP-294) ADDENDUM #1 The following constitutes an Addendum, which can be a Clarification and/or Modification to the abovereferenced solicitation. This Addendum is divided as follows: • • Part 1: Answers to Questions Submitted Part 2: Additions, Deletions, Clarifications and Modifications to the RFP Part 1: Answers to Questions Submitted No. Question Answer 1. Could you help me to identify the LICENSES AND PERMITS required for this Bidding Opportunity? No licenses or permits are required for this Bidding Opportunity. The RFP and Bidder’s Checklist have been updated accordingly to reflect this. 2. [pg.17, Sec.3.1] Shall an individual fee proposal be submitted for each building area measurement service request outlined in section 3.1? Will this be part of a task order request as outlined in section 3.3? Specific building area measurement service assignments will be based on individual TORs. The Fee Schedule required with the submission of the proposal should be reflective of overall line item pricing. 3. [pg.18, Sec.3.2] Item 5 outlines expectations for space plan revisions. If additional revisions or alternate layouts are requested by the tenant, shall the firm provide these services based on an hourly rate schedule or other fee method to be approved by NJEDA and/or the tenant? Will this be part of a task order request as outlined in section 3.3? Section 3.2 – Prospective Tenant Test Fit Services (As Needed Basis), Item 5 includes up to three (3) revisions to be included in the basic services. Any additional revisions beyond three (3) requests will be submitted as a TOR addendum for pricing by the firm. 4. Please confirm requirements for reimbursable expenses such as travel and printing needed to complete the scopes of work. All-Inclusive Hourly Rate is defined in Section 2.1 – General Definitions (Pg. 13).
