Intent : The City and Borough of Juneau (City or CBJ) Bartlett Regional Hospital (BRH or Hospital) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide negotiation services and support to formulate and implement negotiation strategies and serve as an agent for BRH to result in a successful and balanced collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) which represents approximately four hundred (400) BRH staff members.
