Request for Qualifications # 27059 Designer Services for O’Maley Middle School Courtyard Redevelopment The City of Gloucester seeks proposals from professional Architects qualified in landscape architect or similarly appropriate design professional to advance the redevelopment of the outdoor courtyard and arrival area at O’Maley Innovation Middle School. The RFQ package will be available on Sep. 30, 2026 at bidnet direct. Proposals must be received and will be opened electronically on Wed., Oct. 21, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept, that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
