Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk for the City of North Platte, Nebraska, until 11:00 a.m., C.D.T. on August 14, 2026 for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and plant and all else necessary to properly execute the removal of the unsafe building(s) located at 2705 W. 6th St. Bids shall be an aggregate on all work to be performed.  Bids will be received only upon the proposal forms furnished. Property has been inspected and does not contain asbestos. The doors for this property will be unlocked for your inspection on Tuesday August 11 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. The project will include all work necessary with the project to be completed by August 27, 2026. Each Contractor bidding upon the work described in this Notice, at the same time as the filing of the bid shall file a statement that he is complying with and will continue to comply with fair labor standards as defined in Section 73-104 R.S. Nebraska, 1943, in the pursuit of his business and in the execution of the contract on which he is bidding. The City of North Platte reserves the right to waive formalities and to reject any or all bids.
