Addendum No. 1 Four Rivers Sanitation Authority Plant Roadway Improvements Capital Project No. 2406 This Addendum Number 1, dated July 20, 2026, for the above-referenced project, supersedes all contrary and conflicting information in the specifications and contract documents, which are hereby supplemented or revised as follows: BIDDING REQUIREMENTS AND CONTRACT FORMS REVISIONS Table of Contents • REMOVE “56 Remove Electric Meter and Wooden Screen 53” from the Table of Contents. Section I Bidding Requirements, Article 3 Detailed Specifications • Section 5 – Aggregate Base Course: REMOVE paragraph three and REPLACE with “This work shall include all earth excavation required to install the aggregate base course to the lines, grades, and depths shown on the plans.” • Section 56 - Remove Electric Meter and Wooden Screen: REMOVE entire section from the Detailed Specifications. • Section 68 – Storm Sewers: REMOVE first sentence of paragraph two and REPLACE with “This work shall include all earth excavation, pipe, gaskets, trench backfill and compaction, and all other materials required to install storm sewers and the detention basin to the lines and grades shown on the plans.” Section II Contract Forms, Proposal • REMOVE the entire Proposal from the Contract Forms and REPLACE with the Proposal attached to this Addendum No. 1. The revised Proposal removes the “Remove Electric Meter and Wooden Screen” pay item. Electronic Proposal • REMOVE the entire Electronic Proposal from the Contract Forms and REPLACE with the Electronic Proposal provided electronically as part of this Addendum No. 1. The revised Electronic Proposal removes the “Remove Electric Meter and Wooden Screen” pay item. CONSTRUCTION PLAN SET REVISIONS Sheet No. 3 – General Notes & Summary of Quantities • REMOVE Sheet No. 3 of the construction plan set and REPLACE with Sheet No. 3 attached to this Addendum No. 1. The revised Sheet No. 3 removes the "Remove Electric Meter and Wooden Screen” pay item from the Summary of Quantities. Bid No. 27-408 Addendum No. 1 / Page 1 of 3 Sheet No. 5 – Existing Conditions & Removals • REMOVE Sheet No. 5 of the construction plan set and REPLACE with Sheet No. 5 attached to this Addendum No. 1. The revised Sheet No. 5 removes the electric meter and wooden screen removal from the plans.
