General work description: This solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified vendor(s) to furnish, deliver, and maintain an electronic Master Inventory List of filters utilized in the maintenance of HVAC systems throughout Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS). The awarded contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that the Master Inventory List remains current, accurate, and accessible to authorized FCPS personnel to support effective and efficient maintenance operations. The contractor shall also seek to standardize filter sizes wherever practicable to leverage volume discounts and achieve cost efficiencies. The overarching objective of this effort is to reduce overall expenditures associated with filter purchases for FCPS.
