The Project is to demolish the existing parking deck in it’s entirety, including footers and foundations, surface parking lot, and all other features as indicated on the contract documents. The construction of a new 3-story parking deck, roughly 38,000 SQFT footprint will be in roughly the same location. Construction of the new parking deck will be comprised of cast in place footers and foundation walls, pre cast structural components, and slab on grade concrete construction. Preparation of site will include compaction grouting, rock hammering, over-excavation and infill with structural fill. New site work included access drives, sidewalk and roadway improvements, utilities, and other improvements are included in the project. This is not a LEED Project.
