ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 11:00 a.m. local time, on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, for DPW Project 26111 RE-BID 3 Residential Cottages Fire Suppression Systems Replacement, Idaho Educational Services for the Deaf & Blind, Gooding, Idaho. A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: The existing dry fire suppression systems in six residential cottages at the School for the Deaf and Blind have deteriorated due to pinhole leaks and failing piping and valves. This project will replace the failing infrastructure with modern, code-compliant fire suppression systems integrated into the existing buildings to minimize disruption. The improvements will enhance life safety, reduce maintenance issues, and support the school’s mission to provide safe residential facilities. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
