The Columbus City Schools is accepting bids (or quotes) for fiscal year 2027; July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Successful quotes will be notified by mail with a purchase order. This request is based on the previous year's purchases and will be used as a basis to issue a blanket purchase order for fiscal year 2027; July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and is not a guarantee to purchase listed items or quantities. Pricing levels must apply to all items CCS may purchase from vendor. We require the vendor to have a counter locally from which we can do business, and that the items bid on are in stock. Parts must be available during normal working hours: 8 AM to 4 PM M-F except holidays. Quantities purchase could vary, depending on our needs.
