NATURE OF PROJECT The Commissioners Court of Nueces County (hereinafter referred to as the “County”) will accept sealed competitive proposals from qualified individuals or firms (hereinafter referred to as “Proposers”) to provide Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Services. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (hereinafter referred to as the “RFP”) is to procure comprehensive Pharmacy Benefit Management Services for the County’s employee health plan. The County seeks a Proposer with demonstrated experience in delivering transparent, compliant, and cost-effective PBM services while maintaining high standards of service quality and clinical effectiveness. The selected Proposer shall be responsible for administering and managing all aspects of the pharmacy benefit program and shall ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
