010000 - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of North Little Rock Bid No. 26-3932 Sealed bids for PIKE AVE. BIKE/PED. IMPVTS. (NLR) (S), to be constructed for CITY OF NORTH LITTLE ROCK will be received at the office of the CITY OF NORTH LITTLE ROCK, COMMERCE DEPARTMENT and addressed to 700 West 29th Street, 3rd Floor, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114, until 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August, 25th, 2026, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids submitted prior to the bid opening should be sent to the Commerce Department, Attn: Amy Smith, 700 West 29th Street, 3rd Floor, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114 The project is the construction of approximately 850 linear feet of shared-use path and other improvements along Hwy. 365 (Pike Avenue) in North Little Rock. The work involved includes, but is not limited to,130 ton of ACHM surface course, 18 ton of aggregate base course, 75 linear feet of curb and gutter, and landscape improvements as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications.
