OCTOBER 7TH 2026 Hooper Water Improvement District Well 4 Site Generator and ATS System INVITATION TO BID Hooper Water Improvement District is seeking Proposals (RFP) for a Site Diesel Generator and ATS System for their newest Well 4 soon to be under construction. The system design criteria is for a 1MW Diesel Unit to be provided in a weather enclosure. This is a culinary water well site and will have (1) 400hp well pump and (1) 250hp booster pump and the A/C loads to cool the pumps motors and their VFDs. There will be other site systems running simultaneously and are listed in the RFP Document. A 24hr duration diesel tank is required as the site is expected to operate in 30hr cycles every 4 days. To best integrate the generator system we are asking the generator group to also provide the ATS system for best compatibility. Additional Information is provided in the RFP Document. Hooper Water Improvement District being located at 5555 W 5500 S Hooper, Utah 84315, the Well 4 site being located at 4769w 5100w Hooper, Utah 84315. Proposals will be received via Email until 10:00 am local time on October 28th, 2026. Proposals will not be made public at this time. The proposals will be analyzed and evaluated per district procurement requirements. Proposals shall be submitted via Email before the bid opening time listed above.
