26-01 County Line Road Paving Project

Description

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the County Line Road Paving Project. The project scope of work includes the stabilization of roughly 1.57 miles (8,308 LF) of dirt/sand roadway with asphaltic concrete pavement. Contractor to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to complete the project.Further, the scope of work will consist of clearing and grubbing, earthwork, erosion and sediment control measures, asphaltic concrete pavement, vegetative stabilized shoulders, signage and pavement markings, and drainage improvements including but not limited to the grading of ditches and swales, cross-drains, cement-sand bag concrete end-walls, and drainage culverts.The project may be reimbursed by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Grant Agreement NF117. Funding for the project may be made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDEP and EPA. Respondents will comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements shown at Exhibit 6.
