Summary The Town of Wilton is making available for surplus One (1) 2009 Exmark 46” Lazer Z zero turn mower with Ultra Vac system. Scheduled inspections of the vehicle will be permitted in coordination with the Wilton Public Works Director. There will be a minimum bid of $2000. It is the town’s intent that this IFB shall permit competition. It shall be the respondent’s responsibility to read and comply with all instructions, and advise the Town Administrator, in writing, if any language, requirement, process, etc., or any combination thereof, unreasonably administratively restricts or limits awarding this piece of surplus property to one source The Select Board of the Town of Wilton reserves the right to reject all or any part of any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any proposal that it deems to be in the best interests of the Town of Wilton.
