Provide the mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference Meeting Sign-In Sheet, three (3) pages, as an Exhibit to the solicitation documents. Pre-Offer Sign In 10-20.pdf 2. Revise the following in the Scope of Work, Page 3, Section 3.54, in bold and remove and replace the one page with the PDF file. 3.54 Questions and answers provided via “Vendor Discussions” in the Bonfire portal are included herein attached as a separate one (1) page PDF file with five (5) pages. Remove the following sentence from Section 1.5., Statement of Qualifications Format and Submittal Requirements, on Page 24: Firms that utilize expertise from the litigation shall receive higher weighting. ALL INFORMATION HEREIN SHALL TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER THE SPECIFICATIONS IN THE EVENT OF A CONFLICT. ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE SOLICITATION SHALL REMAIN IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
