Nature of Project The Commissioners Court of Nueces County (hereinafter called the “County”) will accept sealed competitive proposals for Janitorial Services in accordance with the Specification and other Contract Documents prepared By the County. The contract is to furnish Nueces County with janitorial services for a term of twelve (12) months beginning upon execution of a contract, with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms if mutually acceptable to the Contractor and Nueces County. This contract is expected to begin on November 5, 2026 , or later date upon Commissioners Court approval of contract documents. This contract may be terminated by the County for any reason by giving sixty (60) days’ written notice of intent to terminate. Such notice of termination shall be in writing and shall be effective on a date determined by the County, but in no event more than sixty (60) days from the date of written notice.
