The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to resurface/rehabilitate approximately 1.63 miles of Bay County roads. The project will consist of removal of existing pavement structure, replacement of base material, installation of pipe culverts and manhole structure, paving, curb and gutter, and stabilization of all disturbed areas.
