McCracken County INVITATION TO BID 2025/26 FULL SIZE 4WD Light Duty Crew Cab Pickup Truck The McCracken County Fiscal Court will be accepting sealed bids until 11:00 a.m. on September 3, 2025 in the McCracken County Judge Executive’s Office at the McCracken County Courthouse, 300 Clarence Gaines Street, Paducah, KY 42003 for the purchase of one full-size, crew cab 2025/26 half-ton light duty truck at which time bids will be opened and publicly read. No bids will be accepted after this time. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. All bidders SHALL complete and attach the detailed specifications sheet with any exceptions noted (additional pages if needed), and a completely executed and signed pricing sheet. SCOPE: The intent of these specifications is to describe a full-size, crew cab, light-duty, half-ton 4WD pickup truck type vehicle to be used by county government in its parks department. The county intends to use the rear seat for adult passengers; only full-size crew cabs will be considered. These specifications state the minimum requirements in material and design to perform to the specific vehicle. Bidder shall include literature indicating current design, standard equipment and included options. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: All equipment furnished shall be new (no dealer demonstrator models) and of the manufacturer’s current production year. Any exceptions should be noted. All submitted bid pricing shall be good for 90 days. The McCracken County Fiscal Court reserves the right to award bids on the basis of lowest and best bid, to alter bid specifications, waive minor informalities, to reject any and all bids, and to re-advertise for bids. For more information and inquiries, contact Steve Doolittle, Deputy Judge Executive at sdoolittle@mccrackencountyky.gov Vehicles furnished in general compliance with this specification shall be a new 2025/26 full-sized, 4WD, half ton, full-size crew cab, light duty truck, of the latest improved model in current production (as offered to the commercial trade), and shall be of good quality as to workmanship and manufacturer’s literature as standard equipment shall be factory installed (include fleet packages when part of bid award). All vehicles purchased under this price contract shall be factory equipped with safety equipment and in conformance with the federal motor vehicle safety standards and vehicle emissions regulations applicable at time of delivery.
