ELECTRONIC OR SEALED PAPER BIDS for ITB NO: 25-02 Bay County Southport Sports Complex will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA up until 2:00 pm (CDT) Thursday, October 17, 2024. Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Funding for the project may be made possible through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Federal Procurement and Contract Standards.
