This on-call contract is a renewal of the existing Bicycle and Multi-Modal On-Call that is reaching its 3-year mark in 2025. SDOT Capital Projects and Project Development Divisions will utilize this on-call to perform preliminary design work, alternatives analysis, traffic modeling, and final PS&E design packages on various bicycle/transit/pedestrian projects. The on-call will be utilized when no in- house resources are available or when in-house expertise is not available.
