Title: RFP No.: RFP Due Date: RFP Deadline Time: English Language Arts and Math Tutoring Services Grades 1 - 8 RFP 2024-25-01 Friday, October 18, 2024 9:00 a.m. The Request for Proposals may be downloaded from the Fort Lee Board of Education website at www.flboe.com/administration/business_office or obtained at the Board Office, 231 Main Street, 3rd Floor, Fort Lee, New Jersey 07024. All proposals submitted to the Board must be pursuant to the Request for Proposals distributed by the Fort Lee Board of Education and in the format required therein and as set forth hereafter. Pursuant to P.L. 2004 c.57, all proposals must be accompanied by a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue. No Respondent who is on the State Treasurer's or the Federal Government's List of Debarred, Suspended or Disqualified contractors’ list shall be eligible for consideration. To be considered, a proposal must be received in the Fort Lee Board of Education Board Office on or before 9:00 a.m., Friday, October 18, 2024. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the submission deadline. The Board of Education, assumes no responsibility for on-time delivery of proposals. The sealed envelope shall be marked with the RFP# and Title and be addressed as follows: Michael Steinmetz Business Administrator/Board Secretary Fort Lee Board of Education 231 Main Street, 3rd Floor Fort Lee, New Jersey 07024 An electronic copy of the Proposal must be emailed to purchasing@flboe.com by 9:00 a.m., Friday, October 18, 2024 to be considered for award.
