Do you have any video content you'd like to include in the project, such as b-roll footage? If so, approximately how many minutes do you have? A. We don't have a clear cut amount of minutes of b-roll, but we have approximately 1.55 TB of b-roll footage. However, we have the ability to capture any scripted video material and even record specific b-roll as needed for this project. 2. Do you have any video content you'd like to include in the project, such as b-roll footage? If so, approximately how many minutes do you have? A. Our capacity to create enough engaging interactive content has made it difficult. When this platform needs to appear before students have access to Blackboard or another Learning Management System we don’t have a good platform in our ERP software that provides this. 3. What benefits or outcomes do you hope an online orientation platform will offer? A. We want students to have all their processes to start college complete before their first advising appointment. This can help students focus on advising and not just working with their advisor on how to complete all the steps to get started at college. Eventually this should improve student success and retention. 4. Have you previously worked with or consulted any vendor for online orientation software? If so, what aspects of that experience informed this RFP? A. No. 5. When you mention needing help with recording, are you requesting on-campus filming, planning to record videos yourself and have us finalize them remotely, or do you have a different approach in mind? A.
