ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 611 Wilson Ave. #1, Pocatello, Idaho until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 for DPW Project 24233 RE-BID Maclntosh Manor Fire Lane Retaining Walls Repairs, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: removal of the deteriorated asphalt paths throughout the site and replace with new concrete sidewalks. Removal of a portion of the existing poorly drained fire lane and replace with new paving, curb and gutter, and drain system. Regrade and install terraced retaining walls between buildings D and E. New storm drains, and replacement of existing concrete stairs and railings. Regrade and install a terraced retaining wall system behind the Laundry/Maintenance building. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
