Washougal School District Small Works Roster Contractors Cape Horn-Skye Elementary School / Canyon Creek Middle School Walk-In Cooler Project REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Description/Scope and Nature of Work: Provide all labor, materials, and permits to replace the existing walk-in cooler to include the following: ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● (1) LARKIN outdoor condensing unit LCH15MBACZ0000 230-208-3 1.5HP, (1) LARKIN indoor evap LEL0115AS6AMAB0200 Recovery, old unit disposal, nitrogen, and welding Disconnection and reconnection of the existing high voltage Run the new line set from the indoor to the outdoor units utilizing the same route as the old one Reconnection of the HV and the controls below the evap Pressurize leak check and pull vacuum on the system Charge the system Startup the system The cooler will be empty and restocking with food is not required by this RFP.
