Washougal School District Small Works Roster Contractors Cape Horn-Skye Elementary School / Canyon Creek Middle School Reader Board Project REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Description/Scope and Nature of Work: Provide all labor and materials to provide and install a new manual reader board at the entrance to Cape Horn-Skye Elementary School and Canyon Creek Middle School (East side, along Washougal River Road) The sign needs to be a two (2) faced 48”H x 72”W x 13.5”D, non-illuminated sign cabinet to accommodate the two school names in the header (white lexan with digitally printed logos) and four (4) lines of 6” high zip tracks with 200 each 6” tall letters. There needs to be two (2) 4” square aluminum tube posts, closed on the top, anchored appropriately per code and soil type, and be approximately 11’ in the air to ensure the bottom of the sign is between 6’ - 7’ from grade. Any permits will need to be secured and provided by the contractor.
