All interested parties must submit the provided form in a sealed envelope to the Finance Office no later than 12:00 Noon on October 28, 2026. An opening will be held at City Hall immediately following the submission deadline. Forms for submittal may be received at the Finance Office or by contacting the Public Works Department at (605)995-8433. An individual may only submit one bid. 2. The high bidder will be required to sign a purchase agreement in relation to the Property (see attached). 3. The City Council will consider awarding the Property to the high bidder at its November 2, 2026 meeting. 4.
