23MISC14, Qualification for Student Enrichment Services

General work description:  The intent of this solicitation is to qualify multiple vendors to provide student extended learning/enrichment services whilst providing childcare at five of our schools. The student extended learning/enrichment services will offer a wide array of services that will offer active supervision of students and meaningful, curriculum-related activities. Allowable programs and activities include at least one of the following: school content matter (math, reading, science, social studies), physical wellness, sports/fitness, recreation,  enhancing behavioral services, mental health programming, and  student enrichment experiences including but not limited to  art, music, theater, STEAM/STEM education youth development and engagement, service learning, violence prevention, counseling, foreign languages/ multilingual, college prep, character education. Programs should offer enrichment or extension opportunities preferably in consultation with the school to meet student needs based on data.  These programs should offer affordable and reliable services before and/or after school, on weekends or in the evening.
