General work description: The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with licensed consultants for Architectural and Structural Design and Engineering Services associated with roofing projects in accordance with the requirements set forth in this solicitation.Work under this contract will be performed on an hourly rate basis as needs arise throughout the contract period for roofing deign, inspection and consulting services.
