GVWR tandem axle dump truck with 15-ft. dump body, complete with snowplow and material spreader equipment, for use by the Public Works & Engineering Department in street maintenance, snow and ice removal, and general hauling operations. All equipment furnished shall be new and shall meet or exceed the minimum specifications contained herein.
