NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Whatcom County District Court Probation will be accepting applications from qualified firms and providers interested in providing the following services: Domestic Violence Perpetrator Opportunity for Treatment Services (DVPOTS) (Open and Continuous Recruitment) Provider enrollments are open and continuous, as long as funds are available. Provider certification and monitoring will be conducted by the Whatcom County District Court Probation. The purpose of this RFI is to recruit qualified providers, in accordance with Washington State Department of Social and Health Services guidelines, to provide treatment services to domestic violence perpetrators.
