NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Whatcom County Health Department will be accepting applications from qualified individuals and firms interested in providing the following services: Child Development Services to Infants and Toddlers with Developmental Disabilities and Delays (Open and Continuous Recruitment) Provider enrollments are open and continuous, as long as funds are available. Provider certification and monitoring will be conducted by the Whatcom County Health Department, Human Services Division. The purpose of this RFI is to recruit qualified providers, in accordance with Washington State Department of Social and Health Services guidelines, to provide Child Development Services (also referred to as Early Intervention Services) to infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities and delays, ages birth to three, and their families.
