Citrus County, Florida (“County”) invites interested parties to submit a Bid/Quote for Project Title to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals to perform all work necessary to construct elements associated with the Business-Industrial Park – Phase 2 at the Inverness Airport (INF) in Inverness Florida. The project will consist of a BASE BID and four (4) ADDITIVE BIDs. The BASE BID includes 24 acres of clearing and grubbing, 41,000 CY of earthwork, 1,000 Tons of Asphalt Roadway, 1,600 CY of Limerock Base material, and approximately 1,700 LF of Reinforced Concrete Piping to facilitate drainage conveyance within the landside portion of the industrial park.
