Uniforms will be purchased by sport and season as needed. The awarded vendor's pricing shall remain in effect for the 2027 Recreation Seasons. Quantities identified in this bid package are estimates only and are subject to change based on registration numbers, program participation, and other operational factors. The City does not guarantee the purchase of any minimum quantity. All sealed bids must be clearly marked "2027 Recreational Uniform Bid" on the outside of the envelope and submitted to the City by the deadline stated herein. Any interpretations, clarifications, revisions, or additional information deemed necessary by the City will be issued through an official addendum. Addenda will be posted on the City's website at: eastridgetn.gov/bids. It is the responsibility of each bidder to regularly monitor the City website for any posted addenda. Only information distributed through official addenda shall be considered binding. Scope of Work The City of East Ridge Parks and Recreation Department seeks a qualified vendor to furnish athletic uniforms and related apparel for its 2027 recreational sports programs. The selected vendor must have demonstrated experience supplying youth recreational sports uniforms and must be capable of providing quality products, customization services, and timely delivery. This bid package contains the City's anticipated uniform requirements for the 2027 recreation seasons.
