VENDOR QUESTIONS AND COLLEGE RESPONSE QUESTION 1. Similar searches, Section 3.2: The RFP asks for at least five successful searches of a similar nature within the last five years, preferably with institutions of higher education. Please confirm that completed senior executive searches at health systems and other complex organizations qualify toward this requirement. RESPONSE Senior executive searches at health systems and other complex organizations would qualify toward this requirement. 1 QUESTION 2. Pricing, Section 3.8: Please confirm that a not-to-exceed price stated as a fixed fee for each of the four positions, with our assumptions disclosed, meets the all-inclusive pricing requirement. 3. The RFP does not indicate whether the College intends to launch all four searches simultaneously or begin the Provost search followed by the dean searches.
