2027 Annual Request for Consultant Qualifications

The City of Liberty is requesting an annual statement of interest, qualifications and certifications from professional engineering, architectural, surveying and consulting firms for the 2027 calendar year. The 2027 Annual Request for Consultant Qualifications will be received by the City of Liberty, Missouri, at the office of the City Engineer, until 04:00 pm local time on Friday, January 29th, 2027. The qualification categories which the City seeks are as follows: 1. Roadway Design 2. Storm Drainage Design 3. Traffic Engineering Services 4. Construction Observation Services 5. Material Testing Services 6. Sanitary Sewer and Water Design 7. Geotechnical Investigation and Design 8. Site Survey 9. Facility/Building Design, Retrofit and Renovation 10. Bridge Design 11.
