Company Name __________________________ 1 CITY OF BARTLESVILLE, OKLAHOMA BIDS FOR PLANT MIX BITUMINOUS BASES AND SURFACES ASPHALTIC CONCRETE BID # 2026-2027-005 SCOPE These specifications cover the materials, purchasing requirements, mix designs, proportioning, sampling and testing methods, and mix tolerances for plant mixed bases and surfaces that will be used by the City of Bartlesville. MIXING PLANT REQUIREMENTS Mixing plants shall meet the requirement of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and standard specification of State Highway and Transportation Officials M 156 (AASHTO M 156). The City of Bartlesville shall be furnished a copy of the plants job-mix formulas. The formulas shall be dated and shall not be more than six (6) months past dated. MIXTURES All mixtures shall meet or exceed the requirements of the City Street Specifications Section 705.
