TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON GLOUCESTER COUNTY NEW JERSEY GOODS AND SERVICES BID PACKET Project Name: SNOW REMOVAL FOR 2026-2027 SEASON Date Packet Available: October 14, 2026 Bid Submittal Date/Time: October 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Company/Vendor Submitting: _________________________________________ 1 INVITATION TO BID TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, CLERKS OFFICE on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time at the office of the TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, located at 523 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ 08080, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and immediately read for: SNOW REMOVAL FOR THE 2026-2027 SEASON Specifications, instructions to bidders and proposal forms may be obtained at the OFFICE OF THE CLERK, TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, 523 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ 08080 on or after October 14, 2026, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. Bids will be made on the proposal form provided, in the manner designated therein and required in the specifications, enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope and plainly marked on the outside with the date, time and item being bid. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27; and are further notified that they must comply with P.L. 1977, C. 33 and submit a Disclosure Statement listing stockholders with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, deviations, or omissions in any bid or all bids, and to accept such bids and make such awards as may be in the best interest of the Owner. Furthermore, the Owner may request written clarification of any aspect of the proposal where, in the Owner's opinion, ambiguities exist. No bidder may withdraw its bid until 5:00 P.M.
