ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of PocatelloPocatello, ID General Notice City of Pocatello (Owner) is requesting Bids for the following Project: 2026 OLD TOWN SIDEWALK REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT PROJECT Bids for the Project will be received at the City Hall located at 911 N. 7th Avenue, Pocatello, ID 83201 until October 5th, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. MT. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. The City of Pocatello has secured funding for a project that includes full replacement of sidewalks and ADA curb ramps in the Historic Downtown Pocatello to address trip hazards, mobility impairments, accessibility impairments, and other impediments that may inhibit travel along the sidewalk. This project is funded through federal appropriations provided by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and the Pocatello Regional Transit (PRT) Authority. The project location includes the blocks extending north to south from W. Gould St to W. Benton St. and west to east from N. Buchanan Ave. to Union Pacific Ave. The project scope includes full replacement of identified sidewalk hazards, non-compliant curb and sidewalk sections, and ADA ramps. Contractor is responsible for traffic control through the duration of the project and must adhere to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Pedestrian access must be maintained on one side of the street at all times. Projects will be awarded to the lowest bidder based on total unit price for full replacement per bid schedule. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2026 OLD TOWN SIDEWALK REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT PROJECT. The Contract has an expected duration of one year.
